Looking through the tax returns of Ernest Cousins Limited some pretty startling numbers literally jump off the page. By the early 1950's the company was selling over $2,000,000,00 annually. These are some figures that I found interesting and really puts into perspective the success of the dairy.

1941: $1,037,743.89

1945: $1,221,035.99

1947: $1,595,253.61

1932: $120,747.52
